Komforan was founded by Henning Kjær, who brings decades of experience leading technical teams. Most notably, Henning is the father of Tech Academy in a major Danish company, where this innovative program supported the growth and development of more than 400 developers and technical staff. His deep understanding of technical competency development forms the backbone of our approach.
